William Bown

William joined as Partner in September 2024 to help establish its Hong Kong office and regional presence in Asia Pacific.

He has over 20 years' experience in executive search across APAC and EMEA. He advises on leadership, performance culture, and succession planning to C-Suites and Managing Directors in Investment Banks, Securities Brokerages, Financial Conglomerates and Web3 & Digital Assets. Prior to Maven, William was a Partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Financial Services Practice.

Outside of work, William's spare time is filled with learning Chinese, playing guitar, acting as chauffeur to his son and chef to his wife.
