Will Hannaford

Will joined in February 2019 to take Maven Partnership from a specialist financial services executive search firm to the global talent advisory partner it is today. His energy and positive outlook owe as much to winning a past battle with cancer, as to his lifelong love of cycling.

Will is responsible for the firm's global strategy and direction, he also personally leads the firm's AI integration and innovation initiatives. He splits his time between London and New York and his personal areas of expertise span Global Markets, Investment Management and Technology. Prior to joining Maven, Will was a Partner and Global COO at Hogarth Davies Lloyd for 12 years, having started his career in a multinational recruitment company.

Outside of work you are just as likely to find Will trekking through a jungle in Borneo, hiking up an Andean peak or freediving in a remote marine reserve. His passion for nature is only rivalled by his love of Liverpool FC.
