Tara is Chief of Staff at Maven Partnership with extensive experience supporting CEOs and senior leadership teams in high-growth, founder-led organisations. Her expertise spans executive enablement, strategic operations, governance, and cross-functional delivery. She focuses on creating clarity and sustaining momentum at leadership level, translating leadership decisions into effective execution.

Before joining Maven Partnership, Tara was an early hire at a venture-backed company, working alongside the CEO to scale the organisation through international expansion and Series A. She has since drawn on this experience in fractional Chief of Staff roles, supporting leadership teams through periods of scale and change.

An adrenaline junkie, Tara is equally at home racing on skis in the mountains or yachts on the water, but is just as happy unwinding with a good book after a long walk with her dog.
