Sydney is a Consultant in our Private Capital team, leading our infrastructure, energy, and real assets investing coverage. His focus includes long-term, multi-hire team building, senior strategic appointments, team transitions, and providing organizational and market entry advisory services to clients.

Prior to Maven Partnership, Sydney was a founding member of the Private Equity practice at Pearse Partners. He played a pivotal role in establishing the firm's presence in the Infrastructure and Energy space, delivering high-impact searches across EMEA and the US.

Before transitioning into executive search, Sydney competed internationally as a world-ranked junior tennis player, representing Great Britain on several occasions. While he has since pivoted to the corporate arena, he remains an avid tennis enthusiast and proudly boasts an undefeated streak against anyone in financial markets.
