Previously, Seema served as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry and was Head of Executive Recruitment for JP Morgan Chase’s Consumer Bank. She also spent 9 years at American Express leading executive recruitment for the Global Consumer business and functions such as Finance, Risk, and Technology. Prior to American Express, she helped establish a strategic executive recruitment function at UBS, supporting the Global Asset Management business and Corporate Functions.
