Rohit Parmar

Rohit is Finance Manager in the Core team, bringing over fifteen years’ experience across finance roles within the recruitment sector.

Prior to joining Maven Partnership, Rohit worked with two high-growth global recruitment firms, overseeing financial and management reporting. Most recently at Trilogy Consultants International, he supported the business through due diligence ahead of its acquisition by Korn Ferry in 2024.

Outside of work, Rohit enjoys exploring London’s street food scene and trying cuisines from around the world. He is also a long-time supporter of Arsenal.
