Olly Thompson leads our Technology practice. With a decade of experience building specialist search teams to service the systematic trading industry, he joined Maven Partnership to expand our service offering in technology, and to specialise on strategic, leadership level talent.

Olly is a proud family man who makes the most of his time with his partner, daughter, and dog. A passionate and curious reader, he enjoys exploring new ideas and perspectives through books. He also appreciates the quiet challenge of Sudoku, the thrill of escape rooms, playing and following sports, and anything else that keeps him engaged and challenged.
