Maddy Rudge

Maddy is our London Office Manager and Executive Assistant to CEO Will Hannaford, helping to keep the office running smoothly and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

Before joining Maven Partnership, Maddy was an Office Coordinator at a prominent VC in London. Her career path has spanned from events and restaurant management to private household roles, working with an international range of clients to deliver world-class service. She graduated from the University of St Andrews with a degree in Geography and Film Studies.

Outside of work, Maddy is a passionate traveller and hiker. She grew up across seven different countries and was regularly dragged up the nearest mountain as a child, so the habit has stuck. She now seeks out trails wherever she goes, most recently walking the Shikoku Pilgrimage in Japan solo.
