Maddie Schmitt

Maddie is a Consultant on the Investment Management team, focusing on talent advisory for global hedge funds.

Prior to joining Maven Partnership, Maddie held roles at a boutique executive search firm and a technology-driven capital introductions platform. She began her career at UBS, first as a member of their graduate rotational program and later in Equity Sales.

Maddie graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Hobart & William Smith Colleges, where she double majored in International Relations and French and was a member of the women’s lacrosse team.
