Kriti Nandi is part of our Applied AI & Data team. She specializes in placing AI/ML specialists into hedge funds and well-funded early-stage startups.

Kriti brings prior experience in headhunting commodity traders and analysts, as well as placing C-suite executives in startup tech companies.

Originally from Atlanta, Kriti studied Chemistry at UNC Chapel Hill, with a minor in Biology. She further honed her analytical skills as a pharmaceutical consultant, specializing in drug formulation. In her free time, she enjoys surfing, swimming, stand-up comedy, and reading.
