As Chief Commercial Officer, Justin leads Maven Partnership's commercial strategy across Search & Advisory, working alongside the CEO to drive sustainable revenue growth, deeper client relationships and a unified global approach to market. He sits on the Board and partners with practice leaders worldwide to shape Maven's proposition, market positioning and account development.

Justin brings over 25 years of experience building and scaling talent advisory businesses. He founded HC Group, the executive search firm focused on the international energy and natural resource sector, and led it through a successful management buyout in 2019.

A father of four, Justin enjoys dinghy sailing, skiing, classic car restoration and watching rugby.
