She brings expertise in building relationships with technology talent across industries to deliver a high-caliber search experience for the candidate and the client. Previously, she spent five years at Heller placing executive IT talent with clients ranging from Fortune 500, mid-market companies, portfolio companies and high-tech startups. Earlier in her career, Gianna worked at two notable boutique executive search firms in the Boston area, focusing on investment banking and wealth management placements.
