Chloë is a Consultant in our Energy Transition & Sustainable Investing team, focusing on driving our talent advisory services across decarbonization and the energy transition.

Chloë brings over a decade of global executive search and leadership advisory experience. She has worked exclusively with clients that develop and commercialise the solutions, assets and services driving the energy and climate transition. Chloë has extensive expertise partnering with boards, C-suite and senior investment professionals to deliver senior-level assignments as well as bespoke consultancy and business optimisation projects. Her work spans global corporates, consultancies, start-ups, investors, NGOs, and multi-stakeholder initiatives across Europe, the Americas, and APAC.

Outside of her professional role, Chloë is committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in the sustainability industry. She serves as COO of the Trans Legal Clinic on a pro-bono basis, volunteers with Stonewall Housing, and frequently acts as a speaker, panellist, and adviser on LGBTQ+ initiatives.
