Carolina Sotomayor

Carolina is a Project Coordinator at Maven Partnership, based in West Palm Beach. She supports the Americas team across executive enablement, operational coordination, and document workflows, with a focus on creating structure, protecting leadership bandwidth, and translating moving parts into clean execution.

Before joining Maven, Carolina was Director of Relationships and Client/Capital Intake at Spencer Pruitt, promoted from Assistant Director of Transaction Management. She built relationships across private equity, investment banking, and family offices while overseeing concurrent transactions in aviation, real estate, and physical commodities. She holds a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from UCF and is fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational French and dual U.S./French citizenship.

Outside of work, Carolina is a devoted dog mom and lifelong athlete, happiest on a run, the golf course, or anywhere a racquet is involved.
