Before joining Maven Partnership, Caitlyn began her career at a boutique retained search firm, focusing on buyside recruiting within Private Equity, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, and Private Credit, supporting end-to-end search processes.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a minor in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
