Ben Prickett

Ben is a Consultant in our Global Banking team, based in the Dubai office, where he is helping expand coverage across the Middle East.

Before joining Maven Partnership, Ben was part of Korn Ferry’s MENA Executive Search Practice in Dubai. He specializes in executive search and leadership advisory within Financial Services, working with a wide range of organizations including banks, private equity and venture capital firms, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, real estate companies, hedge funds, family-owned businesses, and public sector entities across the GCC.

Prior to relocating to Dubai, Ben worked at a leading financial services search firm in London, focusing on fixed income and macro hedge funds.

Ben holds a master’s degree from the University of Law and enjoys golf and padel outside of work.
