Leveraging his ten years of US and EMEA experience across global markets executive search, Aren leads our Global Markets practice in our Investment Management team. He focuses on algorithmic market-making and systematic investing search and advisory across the Credit and Rates markets, primarily partnering with US and EMEA Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Non-Bank Market-Makers.

Prior to joining Maven Partnership in London, Aren spent five years based in Los Angeles where he co-headed the Systematic Trading business for a global talent advisory firm.

A father of two, Aren balances family life with a keen interest in sports and history. He can regularly be found spending time at his local rugby club on weekends.
