Adrian Hadley

Adrian is an Associate in our Asset Owner practice, focused on recruiting senior talent for family offices, endowments, foundations, OCIOs, and the broader LP community.

Before joining Maven Partnership, Adrian worked at Russell Tobin, where he specialized in recruiting experienced talent for clients within Asset and Wealth Management.

Adrian earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics and Spanish from Bates College, where he also played varsity soccer. Outside of work, he remains active-playing soccer, volleyball, golf, and bowling recreationally throughout New York City. He's passionate about language learning, currently working toward Spanish fluency, and is a devoted fan of the local live music scene.
