Adam is a Partner in our Global Banking team, leading and building out our Middle East presence. With more than 25 years of expertise in the executive search industry, Adam brings deep expertise in the region’s dynamic markets. He advises leading banks, sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, asset managers, family offices, and fintech innovators on senior leadership and board-level appointments.

Prior to joining Maven Partnership, Adam worked with Kingsley Gate Partners, Sheffield Haworth, and Principal Search in the Middle East, giving him a unique perspective on both the global and regional talent landscape. He brings expertise in supporting international institutions establishing or expanding operations in the GCC, as well as advising regional champions on leadership succession, governance, and transformation agendas.

A passionate cook, aspiring musician, motorsport enthusiast and keen photographer, Adam enjoys cooking for family and friends, rocking out on the guitar, track days, and experiencing many global travel destinations with his family, with camera in hand to capture all those special moments.
