Victoria Searles

Victoria is an Executive Assistant to our London-based senior leadership team. Victoria brings expertise from both the learning & development and financial sectors, where she has worked as an Executive Assistant to a number of C-suite directors, gaining exposure to many different areas of business.

She has a keen interest in the world of finance having earned a first-class degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Dundee.

Victoria has recently enjoyed an independent travel sabbatical, exploring Southeast Asia and Central America where she discovered a newfound love of scuba diving and practiced her Spanish speaking skills. Her travels now consist of trips closer to home, regularly returning to her hometown in Scotland where she enjoys getting lost in the Highlands and dipping in the North Sea.
