Mike Flood

Mike Flood is a Managing Partner with over two decades of experience advising leading financial institutions. He focuses on strengthening our presence in the U.S. and internationally, leveraging his deep expertise and trusted relationships across hedge funds, private markets, and investment banking.

Before joining Maven Partnership, Mike was Head of Financial Services at Riviera Partners. Prior to that, he founded the executive search firm Calibration Talent Advisors. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Westwood Partners in 2002, building it into one of the most respected retained search boutiques in financial services. Mike’s entrepreneurial drive also led him to co-found The Capstone Partnership and launch Connectivity VC, a venture fund focused on early-stage investments in FinTech and HR Tech. He began his career in executive search at Norman Broadbent, where he led the Financial Services practice.

Outside of work, Mike’s passions include fitness, sports, nearly all types of cuisine, spending time with his family, and exploring unusual destinations whenever possible.
